Our agency

A creative agency with a difference

We believe great ideas have the power to change the world. And we work with brands who share a similar attitude.

We’re an eclectic bunch. It’s always been our thing to employ people who have worked client side and those that have been in agencies. This helps us empathise with our clients, which makes us more agile and collaborative.

Based in the beautiful Kent countryside, we’re just a short journey from the hustle and bustle of London. We even have staff in Europe and Australia!

These are just some of the reasons we’ve been voted in Campaign Magazine’s top 100 places to work.

Our values

Why we do what we do

Put simply, we want to stay true to our beliefs.

Our aim is to have fun creating great work with nice people for good brands, work that sparks a better future.

To help us do this, we have five core values that ensure we continue working the way we set out to.

No.1

Be protective of the planet

Our Home. It’s a wonderful place. With its plants, oceans, air to breathe, food to eat, life and natural beauty – protecting it has to be our priority. Any project we’re involved with we need to question: if it’s not right by the planet, then it’s not right by us. We are on a bus (hopefully a Tesla bus) that hasn’t reached the destination yet but is on the right road.

We’re here to improve ourselves and bring people on the journey with us.

No.2

Have swag but don’t be smug

We’re great at what we do. There, said it! But we don’t let it go to our heads. We don’t need a parade for every project, or medals for every milestone. We’d rather go about our work diligently, creating fantastic things for our clients with minimal fuss.

It helps us stay grounded and open minded so great ideas can come flooding out.

No.3

Be professional but keep it playful

We’re lucky enough to be able to call what we do PLAY. We play with words, pictures, sounds, techniques, emotions and ideas. We play for the right reasons – to get the best work out of the door for our clients.

Yes there’s a serious side to what we do, but keeping it playful helps us to explore new grounds push the boundaries and keep things fresh.

No.4

Be second date material

It’s no good being a one hit wonder. We seek to smash it out of the park every single time. We won’t rock up to a pitch in our shiny new wares and then turn up in sweats the next week. Whether you’re a new client win or have been faithful for years, we put in the effort.

Our effort is so we stick with clients for the long haul, building strong relationships, finishing each other’s sentences and slurping opposite ends of the spaghetti ’til we meet in the middle.

No.5

Give someone a surprise today

Creating an emotional response is about being clever and unpredictable enough so people look up – we want to interrupt people’s days. After all, if you’re going to grab someone’s attention you should at least be doing it in an exciting, unsuspecting or thoughtful way. As a team we are hell bent on creating work that strikes a chord and gets people to feel, creating an emotional response. It is our job to sell something, whether it’s a product or a value.

So go ahead think wild, think big, think different but most of all think of all those lovely surprises.

Our ethos

We like to be judged on the good we do, not just the good work we make.

Okay, so we have the best of intentions. But anyone can talk the talk, we want to walk the walk.

We strive to make a difference in everything we do. We’ve recently partnered with Ecologi, to become a climate positive workforce. This will see us offset the climate impact of our whole team by planting 288 trees in our very own forest each month. As our team grows, so will our forest. We also put money aside for staff initiatives that will benefit our Charity of the Year – this year it’s FareShare.

Finally, to measure how we’re using business as a force for good, we’re proud to have become a become a B Corp in 2022.
