Our agency

A creative agency with a difference

We believe great ideas have the power to change the world. And we work with brands who share a similar attitude.

We’re an eclectic bunch. It’s always been our thing to employ people who have worked client side and those that have been in agencies. This helps us empathise with our clients, which makes us more agile and collaborative.

Based in the beautiful Kent countryside, we’re just a short journey from the hustle and bustle of London. We even have staff in Europe and Australia!

These are just some of the reasons we’ve been voted in Campaign Magazine’s top 100 places to work.

Our values

Why we do what we do

Put simply, we want to stay true to our beliefs.

Our aim is to have fun creating great work with nice people for good brands, work that sparks a better future.

To help us do this, we have five core values that ensure we continue working the way we set out to.

Be brillant. Be Humble.

We’re great at what we do. There, said it! But we don’t let it go to our heads.

The big egos, trophies, and nonchalant swagger can stay in the stock room – we find it really gets in the way.

Our team is the cream of the crop, but a huge part of the criteria is being a team player, being able to take criticism, being helpful, and being supportive. Put simply, not being a dick.

Be proud and have confidence in your abilities, stand up for what you believe, be brilliant and shine–just without blinding everyone else.

Be Second Date Material

It’s no good being a one-hit wonder.

We won’t rock up to a pitch in our shiny new wares and then turn up in sweats the next week. Whether you’re a new client or have been faithful for years, we put in the effort – we seek to smash it out of the park every single time.

We’re in it for the long haul. Building strong professional relationships, finishing each other’s sentences and slurping on opposite ends of the spaghetti ‘til we meet in the middle where life tastes good.

Give someone a surprise today

Boo! Is not really the type of surprise we’re talking about here.

We’re talking about the types of surprises we give each other and our clients every day. The unexpected, outside the box thinking sprinkled onto everything we do.

As a team we are hell bent on creating work that strikes a chord, but we pay attention to the little things too. The way we run meetings, the effort to make someone’s day, to suggest how we can do things better. Shouldn’t that be surprising too?

So go ahead team, think wild, think big, think different, but most of all think about all those lovely surprises.

Be protective of the planet

Our Home. It’s a wonderful place. With its plants, oceans, air to breathe, food to eat, life and natural beauty – protecting it has to be our priority.

Any project we’re involved with needs to be questioned: if it’s not right by the planet, people and society, then it’s not right by us. We are on a bus (a fully charged electric one) that hasn’t reached the destination yet but is on the right road.

We’re here to drive positive change and bring our people, clients and rest of the world on the journey with us.

Do the right think

A very clever fellow once mused “If I had eight hours to chop down a tree I’d spend six hours sharpening my axe.”

Well, none of us are lumberjacks, but this point is definitely still a good one – because each of our beloved clients and every brief is different, we need that pause for thought, that analytical questioning and critical thinking upfront, to ensure we deploy the right amount of time, budget and resources.

This way we find we’re faster, more efficient and create better work in the long run. Now there’s something to think about!

Our ethos

We like to be judged on the good we do, not just the good work we make.

Okay, so we have the best of intentions. But anyone can talk the talk, we want to walk the walk.

We strive to make a difference in everything we do. We’ve recently partnered with Ecologi, to become a climate positive workforce. This will see us offset the climate impact of our whole team by planting 288 trees in our very own forest each month. As our team grows, so will our forest. We also put money aside for staff initiatives that will benefit our Charity of the Year – this year it’s FareShare.

Finally, to measure how we’re using business as a force for good, we’re proud to have become a become a B Corp in 2022.
